How long before my order ships?
Most orders receive a shipping label within 1-3 business days. The first tracking update may show as Preparing For Dispatch while the package is being packed and handed to the carrier.
How long does shipping take?
Most deliveries arrive in about 6-10 business days after dispatch. Timing can vary by destination, local carrier volume, and customs or facility processing.
There has not been an update in a while. What is going on?
Tracking can pause while a package is moving between facilities or waiting for the next carrier scan. If the label was recently created, allow 24-48 hours for the next update to appear.
Tracking says delivered, but I do not have it.
Check around your delivery area, mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, or neighbors first. If it still has not appeared after 24 hours, contact us and we will help investigate.
